Preston Fletcher

Preston Fletcher is an up and coming Mixed Martial Artist and a student at the University of Toronto. He has competed in boxing, kickboxing, and Mixed Martial arts over the last 6 years at the amateur level and will be going pro in 2016.  Using his knowledge of exercise and human movement, he’s worked as a personal trainer at Bodytech for the last three years, sharing his philosophy and expertise with his clients.  His areas of expertise include kickboxing and boxing, weight loss, and sports specific training.  He believes in a balanced approach to conditioning all aspects of the human body, including strength, speed, flexibility, dexterity, coordination, stability, and stamina.  He will push you hard and get you to your fitness goals.

Karina Stanislawczyk

I am an enthusiastic and skilled fitness professional with eight years of experience teaching group fitness classes as well as clients on a individual bases.

My goal is to motivate and inspire individuals who wish to achieve a higher level of health and fitness for themselves by teaching enjoyable and empowering group classes.

I work with those whose goals range from wanting leaner, stronger bodies, and losing or maintaining their weight. My personal mission is to make sure that everyone enjoys the workout and has so much fun that they forget they are getting fit!

Destiny Wiens is a certified personal trainer who has experience with both one-on-one and group training. Destiny has trained clients from 12-90 years old all with different focuses to reach their rehabilitation, sport conditioning, strength or weight loss goals.

Jack Sansone

Jack is a Certified Personal Trainer, Boxing coach, and Kickboxing instructor. He is the former Canadian Kickboxing Champion having competed all over North America as well as trained numerous professional athletes. Upon retiring from fighting he turned to film and television working as a stuntman in films such as “Robocop” , “Pompeii”, “Mortal Instruments” and tv shows such as “Beauty and the Beast”, “Nikita”, “Heroes Reborn” and “The Strain”  just to name a few.   His unique style and flare effectively pushes you to be the best you can be   He often says “Not everyone can be a champion but everyone can train like one”.
